Hey,
well it's been a while since my last post and for that im sorry however I am changing my life once again as I do, now I have done the unthinkable joined the gym. Now last year I use to swim twice a week and in all honesty I got into half decent shape but this time im going max and have joined the gym so I have the gym and pool to play. Well after my first attempt with an hour in the gym and 20 lengths of the pool I actully feel quite buzzed, well last time I was swimming I got down to 11 st 5 and currently im 12 st 8 so lets see if I can get my fat down and muscles up.
